  • Rules
    “Buyer acknowledges, understands and agrees (hereinafter collectively “agrees”) that he/she is an Authorized Buyer only if buying goods bearing logos, designs, copyrights and trademarks for an AKA member. Buyer agrees that a non-member is not allowed to own, wear or possess such items.
  • 100% Satisfaction Guarantee
    Queen of Paraphernalia wants you to be 100% satisfied with your order. Upon receipt of your order, please check it to make sure that you have received all of the items that you ordered. Promptly advise us of any problems or issues that you have with your order.
  • 30-Day Hassle-Free Returns and Exchanges
    If you're considering a return or exchange, that means that you've purchased Greek Paraphernalia from us, so we owe you a huge THANK YOU! Nothing makes us happier than welcoming you into QOP family. We know you're eager to get into your new Greek Paraphernalia that you just purchased, and we want you to be happy with your Greekwear. We understand that things happen, so we want to make it easy for you to return and exchange products. You may return your Greek Paraphernalia within 30 days of receipt if it is in original, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unused condition and with tags attached. Please try on clothing items without makeup or perfume on to avoid damaging or smudging the item. Refunds for all transactions will be issued to the original form of payment. Once we have received the item, we will inspect it for wear and tear; used/worn items will not be accepted for returns or exchanges and a restocking fee of 15% may be imposed. Below are some examples of common exceptions: Discounted (sale) items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging. Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
  • Initiating a Return or Exchange Request
    Please contact me at Kim@queenofpara.com Indicate the appropriate reason for your return or exchange. Once your return is approved, send your item(s) back to us with either the pre-paid label provided or with your own shipping label. See below for orders that qualify for a pre-paid shipping label. Please allow 10-14 business days for us to receive your return package, inspect your item(s), and process your return.
  • Wrong Size or Wrong Item Ordered
    Queen of Paraphernalia sources products from a variety of manufacturers, meaning that sizes may differ between items. If you ordered the wrong item or wrong size, we will provide you instructions with how to return the item to us at your own expense. We find USPS to be the least expensive, most convenient way to ship items.
  • Wrong Size or Wrong Item Delivered
    If you have received an item in error (not what you ordered, items from a different order, etc), then we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization and a prepaid shipping label for you to return the item(s) back to us.
  • Defective Item Received
    If you have received an item that is defective (woven badly, torn, sewn improperly, etc.), then we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization and a prepaid shipping label for you to return the item back to us.
  • Shipping Fees
    Shipping is free for all purchases over $100. A flat rate of $10 will be charged for all purchases under $100.
